The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a collaborative and ambitious team. You will handle a diverse caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with a broad client base including local businesses, SMEs, and senior individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters

• Advising on:

  • Unfair dismissal

  • Discrimination and harassment claims

  • Redundancy and restructuring processes

  • Settlement agreements

• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings

• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks

• Supporting business development and strengthening client relationships

• Staying up to date with employment legislation and best practices

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

• Ideally 2–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law (flexible)

• Strong experience across both contentious and advisory work

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset

• Team-oriented but confident managing your own caseload
