Property Litigator (4–5 PQE) | Leeds | Harkaye Core Talent

Harkaye Core Talent is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and progressive commercial law firm in Leeds in the search for an experienced Property Litigator to join its successful and growing Property Disputes team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused solicitor with circa 4–5 years’ PQE who is seeking greater responsibility, high-quality work, and genuine long-term progression within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

You will join a well-established and highly respected disputes practice handling a broad range of commercial property litigation matters for a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes

• Easements and rights of way

• Adverse possession claims

• Restrictive covenant disputes

• Rights to light matters

• General commercial property disputes and strategic advisory work

The role offers a strong level of autonomy while remaining part of an inclusive, ambitious and high-performing team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 4–5 years’ PQE within Property Litigation

• Broad experience across commercial property disputes

• Strong technical and negotiation skills

• Commercially focused with excellent client management ability

• Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach

• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing positively to team culture

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
