Harkaye Core Talent is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded and progressive Yorkshire law firm in the appointment of a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Development team in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with circa 3–6 years’ PQE who is looking to work alongside leading development specialists on high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use development matters for an impressive client base.

The Opportunity

Working closely with a respected lead Development Partner, you will advise on a broad range of complex and high-value development transactions across the commercial property sector. This role offers genuine exposure to sophisticated work, strong client contact, and clear long-term progression opportunities within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The successful candidate will ideally be confident managing transactions with minimal supervision and enjoy building long-term relationships both internally and externally.

Key Requirements

• Approximately 3–6 years’ PQE within Commercial Property

• Strong experience in residential, commercial and mixed-use development work

• Ability to manage matters independently and “hit the ground running”

• Experience handling high-value development transactions

• Exposure to planning and statutory agreements would be advantageous

• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills

• Interest in networking, business development and growing a professional profile
