A well-established and growing claimant law firm is seeking an experienced EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its expanding personal injury team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability and Public Liability matters to take ownership of a quality caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of EL/PL/OL claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, delivering excellent client service throughout the litigation process.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
Minimum of 2 years' experience handling OL/EL/PL claims
Strong technical knowledge across Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability matters
Experience managing claims from inception to conclusion, including trial preparation where required
Excellent client care and communication skills
Confident using case management systems and legal technology
Strong organisational and file management abilities
