**Ideal for a PI Lawyer Seeking a Career Change**

A highly regarded growing law firm are seeking to recruit a Compliance Executive to join their Compliance team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner looking to step away from day‑to‑day file handling and move into compliance, risk management and quality assurance.

You’ll support firm‑wide compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations, data protection requirements and internal policies, while working closely with legal teams to promote best practice and reduce risk.

The role has a strong focus on performance analysis, file audits and MI reporting, helping drive efficiency and profitability across the business.

The Role;

Conduct regular file audits and compliance reviews
Analyse MI and case trends, including limitation‑sensitive matters

Monitor higher‑risk and complex cases

Report on KPI performance and compliance findings

Provide guidance, challenge knowledge gaps and support continuous improvement

Assist the COLP and Complaints Partner with investigations
Contribute to compliance reporting and training initiatives

About You;

Strong background in claimant personal injury

Experience working within an SRA‑regulated firm

Previously managed your own PI caseload to a high standard

Confident reviewing files, analysing risk and interpreting data

Comfortable using Excel for reporting and analysis
