A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4- 8 years PQE to join its growing Corporate team.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, lead transactions, develop client relationships and support the progression of junior team members.

The Role;

You will advise a broad client base on a variety of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations

• Investments and funding transactions

• Joint venture and shareholder agreements

• LLP and partnership agreements

• General corporate advisory work

• Occasional public company and capital markets matters

The role will involve running transactions independently, supporting larger and more complex deals, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Managing a varied caseload of corporate transactions and advisory work

• Delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas

• Assisting with business development and networking initiatives

• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees

• Contributing to the strategic growth of the department

About You;

• 4–8 years' PQE in corporate law

• Strong technical knowledge across a range of corporate matters

• Experience leading transactions and managing client relationships

• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative and proactive approach

• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing others

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ambition to progress within a growing and successful team
