The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive and forward-thinking team. You will manage a varied caseload and build long-term relationships with clients, delivering sensitive and high-quality advice across a range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of private client work, including:

  • Wills and estate planning

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

  • Trusts and tax planning

• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients on complex and sensitive matters

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting business development and networking within the local community

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

• Ideally 2–6 years’ PQE in Private Client (flexible)

• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate planning

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)

• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
