This is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and growing an established Contentious Probate offering. You'll have the autonomy to influence the direction of the practice while benefiting from the support of an experienced litigation team and a genuinely collaborative, ambitious culture.

The successful candidate will be an England & Wales qualifies solicitor, ideally with upwards of 8+ years' PQE and a strong background in contentious trusts and probate matters. You'll be confident handling high-value and complex disputes, building client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and playing an active role in business development.
