This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident and commercially minded conveyancer to join a thriving residential property team and play a key role in its continued growth and success.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer who can independently manage a busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion.

You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• New-build transactions

• Re-mortgages

• Equity release matters

• Transfers of equity

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other introducers

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures

• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Significant experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

• Experience using case management systems

• A thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Desirable Experience

• Previous supervision or mentoring experience

• Business development skills and a proactive approach to networking
