A well-established and growing regional law firm with a strong reputation across Northamptonshire. The firm has a busy and successful Residential Property team, known for its efficient service, repeat client base, and strong relationships with local agents and brokers.

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a high-performing team. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative and well-structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Re-mortgages

  • Transfers of equity

  • New build transactions

• Handling files from instruction to post-completion

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within agreed timelines

• Maintaining high levels of client care and communication

• Supporting business development and maintaining referral relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)

• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• A client-focused and proactive approach
