An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Dispute Resolution Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic property litigation team, working on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The role will involve:

• Advising on landlord & tenant disputes (including lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture)

• Handling development-related issues such as rights of light, restrictive covenants and boundary disputes

• Managing possession and trespass claims

• Supporting insolvency and enforcement matters

• Drafting key legal documents and liaising with counsel

• Attending hearings, mediations and client meetings

• Managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex matters

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, with strong opportunities to develop your expertise and network.

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally 2–8 years’ PQE in property litigation

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in real estate disputes

• Confident handling court and tribunal matters

• Organised, detail-focused and commercially aware

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
