Professional Support Lawyer (Real Estate Disputes)

A leading national law firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to support its Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams, with a particular focus on Building Safety Act-related work.

This role will involve coordinating know-how and information sharing across teams, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, producing client-facing insight, developing precedents and supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services in a rapidly evolving area of law.

Key responsibilities include:

• Tracking developments relating to building safety, remediation and technical defects claims

• Producing legal updates, insights and knowledge-sharing materials

• Developing and maintaining precedents and know-how resources

• Supporting lawyers across Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams

• Exploring and implementing generative AI solutions to enhance knowledge management

• Contributing to wider property disputes knowledge, including telecoms and landlord and tenant matters

About You

• Qualified solicitor with contentious legal experience

• Strong drafting and knowledge management skills

• Interest in building safety, construction defects and property disputes

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams
