Finance Business Partner

A leading international law firm is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support its growing international operations and key UK business areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a highly regarded professional services organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to drive financial performance, planning, and strategic decision-making.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted finance partner to international offices and senior business leaders

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

• Delivering insightful management reporting, variance analysis and performance commentary

• Providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Assisting with cash flow forecasting and RCF reporting

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced financial controls

• Supporting business growth through commercial insight and performance management

About You

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with:

• Strong Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance experience

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

• The ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight

• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach

Experience within professional services, partnership environments, or international organisations would be advantageous.
