PUBLIC LAW/CARE SOLICITOR (from NQ up)
We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor who has experience of public law matters involving Local Authorities and has excellent experience of dealing with pre proceedings and care court proceedings representing primarily parents in such cases.
Preferably you will on the Law Society’s Accredited Children Panel or looking towards accreditation to represent both parents and children in care proceedings.
Excellent communication and advocacy skills are essential as you will be expected to conduct your own court hearings and short final hearings as is the ability to attend pre proceedings meetings and advocates meetings for court proceedings.
You will have the benefit of excellent IT support, digital dictation, a comprehensive case management system and the support of a well-developed support team. We also offer flexibility in terms of home working.
