You'll join a thriving national Banking & Finance team advising on a broad range of transactions, including:

·        Acquisition finance

·        General corporate lending

·        Real estate finance

·        Project finance

·        Asset-based lending

Clients include leading UK clearing and challenger banks, specialist lenders, private equity houses and corporate borrowers, giving you exposure to high-quality, complex work across a range of sectors.

What they're looking for:

·        4–7 PQE Banking & Finance Solicitor

·        Experience gained within a national or international law firm

·        Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including LMA-based facility agreements and security documentation

·        A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and client relationships
